Dune- The Remake

Yesss!!!!! Another day another remake! BUT...

Paramount is currently working on a new adaptation of the Sci Fi classic 'Dune'. Do you remember it?? The original film starred Sting and Kyle McLachlan and was directed by David Lynch!! The remake however will be only be done by Peter Berg, a former actor. hmmmm... an actor???

Herbert's 1965 novel is a sweeping, futuristic tale set on the remote desert planet Arrakis, which produces the interstellar empire's sole source of the spice Melange -- used for distant space travel. An empirewide power struggle ensues over the control of the space.
