When I saw these pictures from the John Galianno S/S 2009, my heart skipped a few beats and i was set back into a state which I call my lucy land...

These looked awfully a lot like the dolly characters that I usually draw..

I was stunned to see these doll images as if i was to see my characters come to life..

The exploding colour pallete was too much for little me to handle, I had a shot bath and then jumped into a world of my own, along with my paints of all kinds and colours..

There, i was to not be bothered for the next few hours..

Cats locked away in the room, windows shut.. It was just me and my paints..

Ahh, how I love to draw my characters...

Speachless... I am completely awed by Christian Diour's cotour show, AGAIN!!

The Dior extravaganza was all about cinch-waisted fetishistic patent jackets with extravagant folds at the waist. While skirts were translucent, sheer evening gowns came in cascades of icy tulle sparkling with silver sequins.

STIFF FABRICATIONS

these 4 dresses are amazing! the folds and gathers just drop so perfectly and manage to really keep shape rather than just dropping and flopping around.

I never new stiff chiffon-like fabric could make a dress look so heavenly!

MINI PLEATS ON CHIFFON

Pleated chiffon works wonders in these 4 dresses above and bellow.

I am totally gobsmacked! WOW!!

I'm wondering who will be brave and stylish enough to bring these to the red carpets?! we'll see!!!
