Scarlett Johansson goes super pouty in the current issue of Italian Vanity Fair.

Meanwhile, the American starlet is making headlines in another European country — France — for ditching the premiere of Woody Allen’s Vicky Cristina Barcelona at Cannes because she demanded too high an appearance fee. Uppssss....

Lucky she is pretty!!

Woody Allen AND co

Penelope Cruz joined director Woody Allen and costar Rebecca Hall at the photocall for their new movie, Vicky Christina Barcelona, during the 2008 Cannes Film Festival on Saturday in Cannes, France.

Vicky Cristina Barcelona, out Aug. 29, tells the story of a typical male fantasy, a romantic threesome with two women.

Woody was asked if he would ever entertain the notion himself.
He replied, “You know, it’s hard enough to get one person. In trying to figure out solutions in life, two actually tends to make it more complicated than one. The characters in this movie are able, the chemistry was right, and they’re able to handle the situation. But in real life, most of us petty people could never handle anything like that. It’s hard enough to get a relationship that can work out with one person, but with two, it becomes geometrically more fatal.”

Penelope Cruz looked like a swan on the Cannes red carpet in a backless white Marchesa gown with 60 carats-worth of Chopard jewelery.

Penelope Cruz drove the paparazzi crazy in this steel blue L'Wren Scott Spring 2008 fitted dress with maroon velvet trim and matching maroon velvet pumps.
Doesn't she look awesome...

Enjoy the trailer...

Scarlett's new single

Scarlett has a lovely sexy, husky voice.. as she DID NOT feature it in her latest single, the cover of Tom Waits "Falling Down"...

Interesting tho, she seems to be speaking more than singing.. Love the song tho... and the video... hmmm...not really what i expected it to be...

Opinions, ladies.....

Stella McCartney Screening

Fashionistas were out in full force  attending a screening of "The Party" at the Stella McCartney store in West Hollywood.Stylish stars like Rashida Jones, Nicole Richie and Angie Harmon all joined forces last night to catch the British designer’s latest visual masterpiece.

Meanwhile, Stella tells People magazine that she is “definitely” going to be designing Scarlett Johansson’s wedding dress when she weds mega hunk Ryan Reynolds. Remember- Stella is no stranger to designing wedding gowns — she is the mind behind  Madonna’s fabulous dress for her 2000 wedding to Guy Ritchie.

The Make up

Rimmed eyes
Claire Danes and Liv Tyler looked amazing with their sexy heavily rimmed eyes.

Bare it all
Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen bare it to the gala in almost no hues of any colour except nude boring skin tones that make them look worse than without any make up at all.

Shadowy eyes
Eva Longoria and Zhang Ziyi proved that a even a tad of metallic purple smoked around the eyes can turn out so fab!

Colour Overdose
Katie Holmes managed to run a rainbow as she attended the gala. But we must admit she did it with class!

Red Lips
Truly the hollywood style, Victoria Beckham, Dita Von Teese and Scarlett Johansson glammed it up with black liquid liner and luxurious red lips.

Playing it it safe
Christina Ricci, Beyonce and  Hilary Duff managed to play it safe with black liquid eyeliner with a touch of white and silver eyeshadow and contour to highlight their looks.

ScarJo's Anywhere I Lay My Head

Here are some of the latest pics of the lovely, talented Scarlett Johansson for her upcoming music album, Anywhere I Lay My Head.

ScarJo’s debut album has been set for a May 20 release. The album — which was recorded over five weeks last spring at Dockside Studios in Maurice, LA — has 11 tracks, 10 of which are cover versions of songs originally recorded by Tom Waits.

Snapped by photographer Brea Souders, Scar doesn't show so much emotion in the pics as she gazes in to nowhere... the lighting isn't amazing... tho i love the surrounding background.. hmm.....

Is the photography good enough?? thoughts welcome....

Scarjo seems to have jumped behind the camera to direct her first short film which will be part of an upcoming anthology titled ‘New York, I Love You’.

I can't wait to watch these series....yuhuuuuu...........

Meanwhile an Indian inspired bejeweled Natalie Portman was also seen on the set of New York, I Love You. Hmmm... Scarlett Johansen and Natalie Portman???They are my best actresses and I'm sure it will turn out a huge success.. What do you think?
